小学教师职业幸福感调查


幸福感与我们的工作生活息息相关,而衡量教师幸福感的最重要的指标就是看他的职业幸福感,也就是从这份工作中能获得的满足感和成就感。最开始在图书馆查阅了相关的教育文献资料,询问了相关的工作人员后,在选择合适的调查对象、做完问卷调查后,总结出了幸福感可能会受到哪些因素的影响,及时做好改进措施。在这个基础上,应该怎样提升教师的职业幸福感?我们应该做出哪些准备措施?本论文的主要研究结论有:小学教师的职业状态并不理想,工作中教师明确感受到了幸福感的人数占到了43%,27%的调查教师表示偶尔能体会到幸福感,而从未体会到幸福感的调查者,占到了总人数的30%。通过本次研究发现,对教师职业幸福感有积极影响的主要因素有:自己喜爱并对这个行业充满着浓厚的兴趣;个人能力得到提升,并从中获得成就感;教师的收入稳定;学生的进步和成长;工作成就符合职业期望值。对教师职业幸福感获得有消极影响的因素有:社会地位低未能与对教师的高要求相匹配;工作琐碎无味;薪酬与付出不对等;教学自主权受限等问题。期望通过这次的调查研究,对教师个人、学校、政府相关部门做出具体的改变,促进教师制度的改革,最终提升了小学教师的职业幸福感。

Elementary school teachers' professional happiness survey

Abstract: Happiness is closely related to our work and life, and the most important indicator to measure the well-being of teachers is to look at his career happiness, that is, the satisfaction and the sense of accomplishment that can be obtained from this job. This thesis aims to improve the quality of work and life of primary school teachers, and ultimately promote the long-term development of education. At the beginning of the library access to the relevant information in the education literature, asked the relevant staff, to understand the many domestic and foreign experts on the teacher's professional sense of well-being. In my City, the three primary school teachers to do a rigorous questionnaire, summed up the primary school teachers' professional well-being will be affected by the main factors, and to do a systematic analysis of the study. On this basis, how to improve teachers' professional well-being, we should from the government, schools, teachers, personal three aspects, put forward some specific measures. The main conclusions of the study: Elementary School Teachers' occupational status is not ideal, the work teachers clearly feel the happiness accounted for 43%, 27% of the surveyed teachers said can occasionally experience the happy feeling, and never feel the happiness of the investigators, accounting for 30% of the total number. Through the study found that have positive impact on the main factors of the teacher professional well-being sense: their favorite and the industry full interest; personal ability has been improved and the gain a sense of achievement; teachers a stable income, progress and growth of students; achievement with career expectations. The factors that have negative influence on Teachers' professional well-being are: the low social status is not matched with the high requirements of teachers; the work is trivial and tasteless; pay and pay are not equal; the teaching autonomy is limited and so on. It is expected that through this investigation and study, the teachers' personal, school and government departments will make specific changes to promote the reform of the teacher system, and ultimately enhance the professional well-being of primary school teachers.
