新时代检察机关刑事诉讼职能转隶研究检察机关是我国的法律监督机关，新时代新背景下，检察机关刑事诉讼职能转隶也是大势所趋。自古以来，反腐败就是各个朝代国家所关注的重点问题，在新时代下反腐败仍旧是刻不容缓的任务。在此次监察体制改革中，国家先后开展了试点工作，随着试点的深入开展，也暴露了许多改革过程中存在的问题。在组织领导、法律配套、职权职能等方面出现的问题不容忽视。虽然改革中存在问题，但总体是向前发展的，检察机关应做好与监察委员会的职能转隶衔接工作，顺应时代发展要求，更好的为人民服务。

Research on the transfer of criminal litigation functions of procuratorial organs in the new era
ABSTRACT： Procuratorial organs are the legal supervision organs of our country. Under the new era and new background, it is also an inevitable trend that the functions of procuratorial organs in criminal proceedings should be transferred to other countries. Since ancient times, anti-corruption has been a key issue concerned by various dynasties, and it is still an urgent task in the new era. In the reform of the supervision system, the state has carried out pilot work successively. With the deepening of the pilot work, many problems in the reform process have been exposed. Problems in organizational leadership, legal support, functions and powers should not be ignored. Although the problems existing in the reform, but overall is moving forward, the procuratorial organs should do well with the function of supervisory board interface transference, comply with the time development request, to serve the people better.
