《利维坦》中的主权思想初探

在纷繁复杂的主权学说中，霍布斯对“主权”的阐述方式可谓别具一格。“利维坦”是神话中一种巨兽的名字，旧约圣经的《约伯记》中对此巨兽有所描摹，霍布斯正是选取了这个巨兽之名作为自己著作的名称，他以巨兽“利维坦”为比喻来展现国家的性格。现今人们将霍布斯的主权理论称为“利维坦模式”。
为了霍布斯的主权思想有一个深入而全面的了解，我将借助《利维坦》一书，对其构筑的“利维坦”系统进行深入研究从而弄清关于主权学说的来龙去脉。本文主要将从主权概念的渊源梳理、《利维坦》中的主权内容阐述及其意义三方面来对霍布斯的主权思想进行探究和总结。

Abstract：In the complex theory of sovereignty，Hobbes's “sovereignty” is described in a unique way。 “Leviathan” is a myth in the name of the beast， the Old Testament book of 《Job》 this monster has description， Hobbes is the name of the selected beast as his own works， he is monster“Leviathan” metaphor to show national character。 Nowadays people will Hobbes called the “Leviathan sovereignty theory model”。
In order to Hobbes's idea of sovereignty has an in-depth and comprehensive understanding，I will use “Levitan” one book，the architecture of the “Levitan” system in-depth study to understand the sequence of events on the theory of sovereignty。This article will mainly from the origin of the concept of sovereignty， combing“Levitan” in the content of sovereignty and its significance expounded in three aspects of Hobbes's sovereignty thought to explore and sum up。
