电子政务外包风险研究

随着信息化的深入，我国电子政务建设取得了长足的发展。各地方政府所建设的政府信息平台、政府门户网站已成为公民们了解政府信息，参与电子政务的重要途径。但随着电子政务的发展，重复建设、信息孤岛、成本效率等问题也随之产生。这些问题严重影响着电子政务的发展，电子政务外包在这种背景下便产生了。然而，电子政务外包模式亦是存在着种种风险，本文意在对电子政务外包面临的风险进行研究，分析能够有效规避电子政务风险的措施，从而找到一条适合我国电子政务发展的道路。

STUDY ON RISK OF E-GOVERNMENT OUTSOURCING
Abstract: With the deepening of information technology, China's e-government construction has made great progress. The government information platform and the government portal website constructed by local governments have become an important way for citizens to understand government information and participate in e-government. However, with the development of e-government, redundant construction, information islands, cost efficiency and other issues have emerged. These problems have a serious impact on the development of e-government, e-government outsourcing in this context has emerged. However, e-government outsourcing mode are also risks, this article intends to risks of e-government outsourcing research and analysis can effectively circumvent e-government risk measures, in order to find a suitable road for the development of E-government in china.
