企业知识型员工的薪酬管理策略探析


改革开放以来,各类企业迅速发展并取得了巨大成果,在中国经济的发展中占据着不可或缺的地位。当前,面对经济全球化的潮流,企业竞争日益激烈,人才成为企业不断发展的重要影响因素。但我国企业在知识型员工管理方面存在着很多问题,其中知识型员工薪酬管理问题尤为突出。本文在分析知识型员工薪酬管理对企业发展的重要意义的基础上,归纳总结了当前知识型员工薪酬管理制度存在的问题,并针对知识型员工薪酬管理中存在的问题应如何解决提出了一些建议和看法。

Analysis on The Salary Management Strategy of Enterprise Knowledge-based Employees
ABSTRACT:Since the reform and opening up, all kinds of enterprises have been developing rapidly and have made great achievements. They occupy an indispensable position in the development of Chinese economy. At present, facing the trend of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, talents have become an important factor affecting the continuous development of enterprises. However, there are many problems in the management of knowledge workers in China, especially in knowledge workers. On the basis of the analysis of the important significance of the salary management of knowledge workers to the development of enterprises, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the current salary management system of knowledge workers, and puts forward some suggestions and methods to solve the problems existing in the salary management of knowledge-based employees.
