非法证据排除规则适用的困境与突破

非法证据排除规则不仅在对于保障人权、遏制非法取证等方面有着重要的作用，对建设法治社会，坚持法律面前人人平等的社会理念也起到很好的维护。本文通过研究非法证据排除规则适用的困境与突破，并对引起该困境的原因进行分析，对相应的完善制度与手段等方面进行探索研究，并提出相对完善的建议。
