魅族对于企业人才的开发与管理分析
本文以魅族公司为研究对象,在对魅族公司进行总体阐述后分析了其当前的管理现状,进而对魅族当前所面临的人才管理窘境展开讨论。本文针对魅族存在的问题,在大量搜集资料,分析技术型企业关于人才管理与开发的一般方法后,用魅族与苹果公司的人才管理做对比,解析了改善企业人才管理和开发的有效手段。最后,本文根据魅族的具体情况提出了几点关于魅族重新审视人才管理与开发制度的建议,以期可以对魅族改变人才流失的现状有所帮助。

Abstract
This paper takes Meizu Company as the research object. After the elaboration of Meizu Company, the paper analyzed its current management status, and the dilemma of its talent management. In view of the problems Meizu is facing, I have collected a lot of information and have analyzed the conventional method of the talent management and the development of the technical enterprises. This paper has compared the talent management between Meizu and Apple Company, and has analyzed the effective methods so as to provide some suggestion to improve the management and development of the enterprise talents. Finally, according to the specific situation of Meizu, the paper has put forward some suggestions on the re-examination of talent management and development system of Meizu. I hope this paper can be of some help to the talent loss of Meizu.
