论英国航空公司成为国际航空公司的成功

Abstract

My paper is focused on the research of the British Airways. At first, the thesis has briefly introduced the background of the British Airways, the need for the study and the purpose of the research. Then, the paper has analyzed the reasons for British Airways to become a global airline in the aspect of branding, technical edge, amicable tails, its loyal programs, the delicate cabins, the excellent services, a variety of training programs and its environmental flights. In order to learn something from the success of the British Airways, the author gives some suggestions. At last, the paper summarizes the research and raises some proposals for further study.
