安徽上市公司股利分配状况及影响因素分析

众所周知,前人已经做了大量的理论研究和实证分析，实行合理有效的股利政策，不仅可以保持平衡的利益关系，更能促进企业经济效益和社会效益的有效提高。人们所说的双重效就是指企业通过实施合理的股利政策，从而向市场传递出企业经营现状良好的消息,从而引发新的投资者进行投资,并且能够在市场上将企业良好的形象树立起来、将企业的信誉度有所提高。然而各上市公司股利分配的重要形式就是现金股利，现金股利也是投资者获得投资回报的重要渠道，因此，要从多角度出发探寻影响现金股利政策的各种因素，为我国上市公司提供更加合理、可行的股利政策的对策与建议。
本文在许多的相关文献的基础上，对安徽省上市公司的经济数据做出了实证分析。本文将安徽省上市公司股利分配情况进行了研究，总结了安徽省上市公司股利分配的特征。之后对安徽省上市公司的现金股利分配政策做出统计分析，找出对安徽省上市公司的股利分配的影响的各种不同的因素。本研究依照安徽省上市公司的整体情况，全面的将安徽省上市公司的股利分配情况进行分析，并且做出了一些改善上市公司的股利分配的建议。

Analysis of dividend Distribution and influencing factors of listed companies in Anhui Province

Abstract：As is known to all, in the daily management of dividend distribution has three important aspects of the decision-making, investment decisions and financing decisions and dividend distribution policy and extensive influence, many stakeholders, has long been a focus in the foreign scholars and Chinese scholars, the focus of research and debate. Predecessors have done a lot of theoretical research and empirical analysis, we know that the reasonable effective dividend policy can not only balance the interest relations, on this basis for the enterprise to bring more economic benefit and social benefit. So-called double effect refers to the enterprise by implementing reasonable dividend policy to the market sends good positive information of enterprise management, in turn, lead to a new round of investment boom in the marketplace and to set up the good enterprise image, improve enterprise's reputation. And cash dividend has been the important form of dividend distribution of listed companies, is one of the important channels for investors return on investment, therefore, it is necessary to start from multi-angle search all the factors of cash dividend policy, for our country in the aspect of dividend policy of listed companies to provide more reasonable and feasible countermeasures and Suggestions.
Based on a large number of related literatures, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the economic data of listed companies in anhui province. This paper analyzes the dividend distribution of listed companies in anhui province and summarizes the obvious characteristics of dividend distribution of listed companies in anhui province. Then, a descriptive statistical analysis is made on the cash dividend distribution policy of listed companies in anhui province, and the influence of different factors on the dividend distribution of listed companies in anhui province is obtained. Based on the overall situation of listed companies in anhui province, this study comprehensively analyzes the dividend distribution of listed companies in anhui province, and makes some Suggestions to improve the dividend distribution of listed companies.
