我国国有企业财务管理绩效问题研究

获得收益是企业生产经营的最终目的，财务绩效管理是最能够体现出企业盈利或损失的直接标准。这篇文章就是针对我国国有企业财务管理绩效问题进行分析研究，首先对国有企业财务管理绩效的基本概念、作用和基本类型进行阐述，然后通过中国联通公司财务管理绩效模式案例分析发现绩效管理的一系列问题，进而分析目前我国国有企业财务管理绩效发展现状及问题，最后根据国有企业财务管理绩效问题提出相应的对策建议和提高国有企业财务管理绩效的一系列措施。财务管理绩效问题对国有企业经营发展有着重要的意义，只有把国有企业财务管理绩效问题解决了，国有企业的经营战略目标能够得到准确的落实，国有企业的经济效益才能得到实现，才能更好的促进其可持续发展。

Research on the financial management performance of state-owned enterprises in China
Abstract: The purpose and objective of enterprise operation is to obtain economic benefit, and the most direct reflection is the financial management ability of the enterprise. Performance as a result, the financial management of state-owned enterprises as an important management content, this article in view of our country state-owned enterprise financial management research and analyze performance problems, first of all, the performance of state-owned enterprise financial management basic concept, function and elaborates the basic types, then through China unicom company financial management performance model case analysis found that performance management of a series of problems, at present our country state-owned enterprise financial management performance is analyzed on the current situation and problems of development, according to the performance of state-owned enterprise financial management problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures and a series of measures to improve the performance of state-owned enterprise financial management. Financial management performance problem has profound significance for China's economic development, the state-owned enterprise financial management performance problem is solved, the management of state-owned enterprises strategic target can be accurately implement, the economic benefit of state-owned enterprises can be realized, can better promote the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.
