优化玉米秸秆净化室内TVOC研究


本实验的原材料是玉米秸秆,通过改性处理,制备出优化玉米秸秆吸附TVOC。利用四种改性方法分别对玉米秸秆进行预处理,得出最佳改性方法为碱热烫法。设计二次回归正交旋转组合实验,得到数学模型,预测出最优渣子的制备条件:NaOH浓度为0.3 mol/L、水水浴温度为78 ℃、浴时间为77 min,此时吸附率最大,为10.01%,而实测值为9.98%,二者基本吻合。针对渣粒径、加入量、温度进行单因素实验,得出当渣粒径为100目,加入量为5 g,吸附温度为25℃时,吸附效果最佳。优化玉米秸秆渣对TVOC的吸附过程符合Freundlich等温式及准二级动力学模型,说明该吸附为以化学吸附为主的多分子层、多活性位点吸附。通过与市售的活性炭、竹炭、硅藻土及树脂进行横向活性对比,得知优化玉米秸秆渣的吸附能力明显高于其他材料。通过SEM观测可看出优化玉米秸秆渣表面粗糙褶皱,孔隙密集。进行X能谱观察分析得知含有C、O等元素。经BET和FTIR观察分析,优化玉米秸秆渣比表面积为47.682 m2/g,且-OH、酰胺N-H等基团参与了TVOC吸附过程。

 The Research of Indoor TVOC in Optimized Maize Straw
 

Abstract: The raw material of this experiment is corn straw, which is modified to make the optimized corn stalk adsorption TVOC. Using the four methods of modification, the method of pretreatment of maize straw was obtained, and the optimum modification method was obtained. Quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design experiments, mathematical model, to predict the optimal preparation conditions of pulp are: NaOH concentration is 0.3 mol/L, water bath temperature is 78 ℃, bath time is 77 min, the adsorption rate is maximum, at 10.01%, and the measured values is 9.98%, the two basic consistent. For slag particle size, addition amount, temperature of single factor experiment, it is concluded that when the slag particle size is 100 mesh, addition amount of 5 g, adsorption temperature is 25 ℃, the adsorption effect is best. Optimization of maize straw residue on the adsorption process of TVOC accord with Freundlich isotherm and quasi level 2 dynamic model, indicate that the adsorption is mainly chemical adsorption of molecular layer, active site adsorption. With commercial activated carbon, bamboo charcoal, pure and diatom resin horizontal activity comparison, learned that optimize the adsorption ability of maize straw residue was obviously higher than that of other materials. Through SEM observations, the surface roughness of the residue of maize straw residue was optimized and the pore density was dense. X spectroscopy and analysis of the elements of C, O, etc. According to the analysis by BET and FTIR, the optimized maize straw residue ratio was 47.682 m2 / g, and the groups such as -oh and amide n-h participated in the TVOC adsorption process.
