C互联网企业知识型员工培训体系优化研究

在知识经济时代,员工培训是企业人力资本保值增值的重要途径。对大多数互联网企业来说,一个科学有效的培训体系的建立,能够为企业培养出一支高水平、高素质的优秀人才队伍,能够增强知识型员工的自主创新意识与科技成果转化能力,为企业在激烈的市场竞争中赢得更大的发展优势。
当前我国企业对知识型员工培训重要性的认识已经达成基本一致,但国内大多数企业的知识型员工培训体系尚不健全,员工培训体系中仍有许多问题亟待优化改善。因此,本文通过分析C互联网企业知识型员工培训体系中存在的问题及原因,并对其员工培训体系进行优化,从而达到使该企业知识型员工培训体系更加科学有效的目的,同时也为国内企业知识型员工培训体系的进一步优化研究,提供更多可借鉴性经验。

Title :Research on the optimization of training system for knowledge workers in  C Internet enterprises

Abstract : In the era of knowledge economy, staff training is a significant way to maintain and increase the value of human capital in enterprises. For most Internet enterprises, the establishment of a scientific and effective training system can cultivate a high-level, high-quality talent team for enterprises, enhance the awareness of independent innovation of knowledge workers and the ability to transform scientific and technological achievements, and win more development advantages for enterprises in the fierce market competition.
At present, Chinese enterprises have reached a basic agreement on the importance of knowledge workers training. However, the training system of the knowledge workers in most domestic enterprises is still not perfect. And there are still many problems in the staff training system that need to be optimized and improved urgently. Therefore, by analyzing the problems and reasons in C Internet company's knowledge workers training system, and optimizing its staff training system, this paper achieves the purpose of making the enterprise's knowledge workers training system more scientific and effective. At the same time, it also provides more referential experiences for the further optimization of training system for the knowledge workers in domestic enterprises.
