大连博涛的产品策略分析

本文从投资者的角度出发，在分析国内外投产品策略相关理论的基础上，结合国内相关项目的投资发展现状，阐述了相关项目进行产品策略分析的理论。基于上海世茂物源集团有限公司所面临的投资决策问题，运用投资可行性分析产及品策略分析相关理论，通过进行构建风险评价体系和项目投资环境分析，对投资项目进行科学的定位。根据项目的特点，运用了较为先进、成熟和科学的产品策略分析及可行性研究的理论和方法，对拟投资的大连博涛从基本情况介绍和产品与业务分析到市场销售状况分析及财务分析进行了全方位的的分析与论证，同时注重从风险性、竞争性、优化三个方面论证项目的可行性。针对本投资项目通过模糊评价法和层次分析法相结合构建项目风险体系，并在项目中进行内部风险排序。通过对大连博涛文化科技股份有限公司的产品生产和市场生产为重点进行系统分析，为进行投资可行性提供支持，并给出相应的投资意见，以辅助上海世贸物源集团有限公司的决策层实现更加合理有效的投资决策。

Analysis of Dalian Botao's Product Strategy
Abstract：This paper, from the perspective of investors, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign investment product strategy related theories, combined with the domestic investment development status of related projects, elaborated the theory of product strategy analysis of related projects. Based on the investment decision problems faced by Shanghai shimao source group co., LTD., this paper aims to make a scientific decision and positioning for the construction project through the analysis of project investment environment, economic analysis and the construction of risk assessment system by applying the theory of product strategy analysis and investment feasibility analysis. According to the characteristics of investment projects, the integrated use of the domestic and foreign advanced, mature and scientific product strategy analysis and feasibility study of the theory and method of the proposed investment in dalian, bo] from basic situation introduction and products and business analysis to the marketing situation analysis and financial analysis has carried on the comprehensive analysis, and focus on competition, risk, optimize three aspects demonstrate the feasibility of the project. For this project, ahp and fuzzy evaluation method are combined to construct the project risk system, and the internal risk is sorted by this method. Through the systematic analysis of the product production and market production of dalian botao culture and technology co., LTD., to provide support for the feasibility of investment, and give the corresponding investment opinions, in order to assist the decision-making level of Shanghai shimao material resources group co., ltd. to achieve more reasonable and effective investment decisions.
