上海天逸电器基于精益六西格玛的产品质量管理研究


上海天逸电器有限公司主要生产各类电子元器件,其主要生产产品有按钮、指示灯、警示灯、凸轮开关等广泛应用于机械工程,电力自动化,企业生产的电子元器件。其产品是国内高端用户的首选产品。该公司自步入2000年以来已进入一个快速发展阶段,并逐步形成属于自己的独特管理结构。然而,在当前制造业严峻的局势下,该公司开始通过实施精益六西格玛管理法来不断提升自身的产品质量,并且已经有了一部分成效。然而在实际运用过程中依旧存在着许多问题,所以目前急需对于目前管理模式进行系统的分析,对于存在的问题和因素进行分析,最终找出解决这些问题的具体措施和方法,从而使企业能够达到更进一步的突破。
本篇论文主要针对天逸电器在运用精益六西格玛的管理方法后,采取研究调查、采访、比较情况以及调查问卷等办法,发现公司在精益六西格玛施行过程之中仍存在的问题,分析并给予一定程度的解决办法。针对此类问题,要求更近一步改进公司体系及完善各部门的职责分工。以及建立相应新机制去应对未来的各种问题。

Research on Product Quality Management Based on Lean Six Sigma in Shanghai Tayee Electric Company
Abstract:Shanghai Tianyi Electric Co., Ltd. mainly produces all kinds of electronic components. Its main products are buttons, indicator lights, warning lights, cam switches, etc., which are widely used in mechanical engineering, power automation, and electronic components produced by enterprises. Its products are the first choice for domestic high-end users. The company has entered a stage of rapid development since its inception in 2000 and has gradually formed its own unique management structure. However, in the current tough situation in the manufacturing industry, the company began to improve its product quality by implementing the Lean Six Sigma management method, and has already achieved some results. However, there are still many problems in the actual application process. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze the current management mode systematically, analyze the existing problems and factors, and finally find out the specific measures and methods to solve these problems, so that enterprises can reach Further breakthrough
This paper is mainly aimed at Tianyi Electric's use of Lean Six Sigma management methods, research, interviews, comparisons and questionnaires, and found that the company still has problems in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma, analyze and give a certain degree Solution. In response to such problems, it is required to further improve the company system and improve the division of responsibilities among various departments. And establish new mechanisms to deal with future issues.
