从金刚山旅游项目看朝韩关系

 
自古以来被称为朝鲜的“六大名山”，“朝鲜八景”，“三神山”之一的金刚山，是由山岳、溪谷、湖水、大海和海岸景色，多种自然生物构成的风景名胜，它坐落于朝韩交界处。在1998年朝鲜政府向韩国游客开放金刚山，两国开始合作开发金刚山旅游项目，并不断促进各项经济活动及文化交流。然而2008年此项目因一场意外枪击事件而被迫中断，朝韩关系也随之陷入了冰点。金刚山旅游项目不仅仅是可以促进旅游业发展，带来经济利益的风景名胜，某种程度上也是朝韩关系的风向标。本文简单分析了金刚山旅游项目发展进程及其对朝韩两国经济合作、政治外交、社会的影响。
本文共分为五个部分。第一章简要概述了金刚山旅游项目的背景及其开发历程。第二章主要是阐述金刚山旅游项目对朝韩经济合作的重要性。首先介绍了朝韩经济合作的发展历程，分析和总结金刚山旅游项目在这发展历程中所处的位置。其次，通过阐述金刚山的游客数量及经济实效分析金刚山旅游项目在经济上的实质作用。最后，通过介绍在金刚山旅游项目开发时期的其他经济合作项目，分析金刚山旅游项目对其他合作的促进作用。第三章从朝韩两国的政治外交角度来分析金刚山旅游项目的重要性。通过韩朝两国领导人的会面、朝韩间摩擦、对朝制裁及两国不同时期的外交政策，分析金刚山旅游项目的开发进程在这关系变化中的变动。第四章从社会方面来阐述金刚山旅游项目的意义。通过分析金刚山旅游项目对解决离散家庭问题的促进作用和朝韩两国人民对该项目所持的肯定态度，总结此次合作产生的各种积极影响。最后则对本文进

Abstract
Known as the "six famous mountains", "Korean eight views" and one of the "Sanshen Mountains" since ancient times, the Mount Kumgang is a scenic spot made up of mountains, valleys, lakes, sea and coast, and a variety of natural creatures. It is located at the junction of the DPRK and the ROK. In 1998, the DPRK government opened the Mount Kumgang to ROK tourists. The two countries began to cooperate in the development of the Mount Kumgang tourism project and continued to promote various economic activities and cultural exchanges. However, in 2008, the project was interrupted due to an accidental shooting incident, and the DPRK-ROK relationship also felt into a freezing point. The Mount Kumgang tourism project is not only a scenic spot that can promote the development of tourism and bring economic benefits, but also a weather vane of the DPRK-ROK relationship to some extent. This paper briefly analyzes the development process of the Mount Kumgang tourism project and its impact on economic cooperation, political diplomacy and society in the DPRK and the ROK.
This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter gives a brief overview of the background and development process of the Mount Kumgang tourism project. The second chapter mainly explains the importance of the Mount Kumgang tourism project to the economic cooperation between the DPRK and the ROK. Firstly, it introduces the development history of economic cooperation between the DPRK and the ROK, and analyzes the position of the Mount Kumgang tourism project in this development process. Secondly, it analyzes the economic role of the Mount Kumgang tourism project by expounding the number of tourists and economic effectiveness of the Mount Kumgang tourism project. Finally, through the introduction of other economic projects during the development of the Mount Kumgang tourism project, the role of the Mount Kumgang tourism project in promoting other cooperation was analyzed. The third chapter analyzes the importance of the Mount Kumgang tourism project from the perspective of political diplomacy between the two countries. Through the meetings of the leaders of the ROK and the DPRK, the friction between the DPRK and the ROK, the sanctions against the DPRK and the foreign policy of the two countries in different periods, the changes in the development process of the Mount Kumgang tourism project in this relationship were analyzed. The fourth chapter explains the significance of the Mount Kumgang tourism project from the social aspect. By analyzing the promotion of the Mount Kumgang tourism project to solve the problem of discrete families and the positive attitude of the ROK and the DPRK people to the project, the positive effects of this cooperation were summarized. Finally, the fifth chapter briefly summarizes the paper and looks forward to the future development trend of the Mount Kumgang tourism project.
