杭州市小学生座位安排现状研究


课堂座位安排与学生校园生活和教师教学质量息息相关,为调查杭州市小学生座位安排现状,笔者采用问卷调查法、访谈法和课堂观察法,从学生对课堂座位的认识、教师安排座位的初衷、课堂座位对师生互动的影响对杭州市滨兴学校师生开展调查,了解到大部分学生对教师安排的座位满意,但是认为教室里有更适合自己的座位;学生已经意识到教室里有好座位;学生希望和自己的好朋友坐在一起;学生希望两周换一次座位。教师在安排座位时会综合学生的生理特点和性格特点再结合成绩安排学生座位。课堂座位对师生互动有很明显的影响,教师与教室前区和教师右手边的同学在课堂上进行互动比较频繁。结合调查结果笔者为一线教师尤其是新教师在学生座位安排上提出一些切实可行操作方法。
Abstract
The seating arrangement has a great influence on the students' campus life and teachers' teaching quality. To investigate the status of pupil's seating arrangement in Hangzhou, the author adopts the method of questionnaire interview and classroom observation, through the investigation of students' understanding of classroom seats、the original intention of teachers to arrange seats and the influence of teacher-student interaction in the classroom seats to carry out the investigation on Teachers and students in the Bin Xing school, comes to know most of the students are satisfied with the seating arrangement, but that the students think the classroom has more suited seats for theirs; The students have been aware of that there are good seats in the classroom; The students hope that they sit together with their good friends; The students want to change seats once two weeks; The teachers arrange the seat in accordance with the physiological characteristics、personality characteristics and student's scores. Classroom seats have obvious effect on the interaction between teachers and students, the teachers interact with the students in the front of the classroom or on the right side of the teachers more frequently. According to the result of the investigation the author puts forward some feasible method for teachers especially the new teachers about the student's seating arrangements.
