浅谈公共危机管理中的政府形象建设

社会在运行过程中不可避免地会发生不同程度的公共危机事件，而政府在防范并化解公共危机方面处在关键地位，人们在公共危机发生时更依赖由政府出面解决，政府危机管理的成败直接体现其执政水平的高低和在公众心目中的形象，一个好的政府形象具有威信力和号召力，更容易获得社会公众的支持与理解。本文从公共危机和政府形象的基本概念入手，并用相关案例阐述了社会公共事件对政府形象的影响和危害，指出在公共危机中，我国在政府形象管理方面存在的问题，并结合我国实际国情特点，提出在公共危机中如何建设良好的政府形象的对策。

Discussion on the construction of government image in public crisis management
ABSTRACT
The society will inevitably have different degrees of public crisis in the course of running, while the government is in the key position in preventing and resolving public crisis, the success or failure of government crisis management directly affects the government's image in the public mind. Firstly, this paper expounds the basic concepts of public crisis and government image, and expounds the influence and harmfulness of sudden public events on Government image. This paper points out the problems of government image management in China's public crisis, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to how to shape a good government image in the public crisis, combining the characteristics of our country's actual conditions.
