人工智能时代法律面临的冲击

二十一世纪，随着工业发展的日趋完善，互联网、大数据的普及以及AI技术、生物科技等技术的不断发展，人类正大步迈进新的时代——工业5.0时代即人工智能（Artificial Intelligence，以下简称AI）时代。
2018年上海市举办了首届全球人工智能大会，大会上展示的超级AI处处体现着“人工智能赋能新时代”的主题，表明AI已经与教育、金融、交通、服务、侦查等领域接轨，并为这些行业“助力”。人工智能不仅仅是一次技术革命，它对生产效率的大幅提升、对劳动者的大规模替代、对生活和劳动方式的改变,在一定程度上引发了社会结构的变化。除此之外，AI技术的发展也给法律制度和法律职业方面带来了挑战。
本论文以AI技术引起的社会结构变化为切入点，从工业、交通、文化生活方面论述AI对现行法律制度的冲击，用辩证的方法分析AI可能带来的消极影响，提出相关立法建议以及对AI研发研发技术的规制。

Abstract
  With the improvement of industry, the popularization of Internet and large data and the blossom of Artificial Intelligence (AI), human society is progressing into a new age of AI, that is the industry 5.
AI does a great favor to education, fitness, transport, manufacture and service according to the information from the first World Congress of Artificial Intelligence in Shanghai in 2018. Super AI “city brain” showed the ability to plan traffic of a restricted area in order to reduce a half of time which is needed by an ambulance. In addition, detective AI was also on display with distinguishable skills used in anti-money laundering territory. Artificial Intelligence is not only an industrial reform, to some degrees the challenges an risks it has brought will lead to great changes on society.
Starting form these changes, the shock to industry, transport and cultural life will be profoundly discussed in this paper. Negative influence will also be described by a dialectical way. In the end, the author will put proposals on legislation and limitations of AI forward.
