中小银行的发展和战略转型-基于互联网时代的思考

随着“互联网+”时代的来临，传统银行金融业务受到了互联网技术的冲击，以支付宝（网商银行）、微信为代表的加互联网企业通过大数据、云计算的手段不断创新金融产品和服务，诞生出移动支付、手机银行、网上银行、网络借贷等为代表的互联网金融成果。互联网金融极大的侵蚀着我国中小银行市场，中小银行未来发展具有一定的不确定性。本文通过SWOT分析中小银行现阶段的困境来探讨一下未来中小银行的转型方向。

With the "Internet plus" era, the traditional banking business by the impact of Internet technology, with Alipay (Commercial Bank), and WeChat as the representative of the Internet companies through big data, cloud computing means of innovative financial products and services, the birth of a mobile payment, mobile phone banking, online banking, online lending etc. as the representative of the Internet financial results. Internet banking is a great erosion of China's small and medium bank market, the future development of small and medium banks have some uncertainty. This paper analyzes the plight of small and medium banks in the current stage of SWOT to explore the future direction of the transformation of small and medium banks.
