中国保险代理模式是以保险代理人为主，保险代理人、保险经纪人和保险公估人协调发展的模式。
据统计，全国寿险保费收人中的80%与财产险报费收入中的40%均来自与代理人。本文将从保险的代理制度入手，探讨我国保险代理制度，结合发达国家的代理制度，对我国保险代理制度进行分析。

Abstract：
