论反思型教师的职前培养


反思型教师教育是当前教师教育改革的国际潮流。为了能更好地理解反思型教师,并寻求反思型教师职前培养的有效策略,本研究从反思的对象和层次两个角度来解读反思型教师。采用文献分析法,收集国内外有关反思型教师职前培养的文献,对其中所涉及的培养策略进行分析归类。第一章介绍了本研究的背景和意义,第二章讲述了对反思型教师的认识以及反思型教师培养的意义,第三章对三位助教的反思进行了分析,在前三章的基础上,在第四章中,本研究提出我国反思型教师职前培养的对策:强化职前教师的自我专业发展意识、主体意识和反思意识;合理设计教师教育类课程;加强职前教师实践知识的获得和积累。本研究不仅让读者更了解反思型教师,也为我国反思型教师的职前培养提供了思路。

Abstract

Reflective teachers cultivating is the international tend of current education. In order to understand the meaning of reflective teacher and search for the strategies of pre-service training of reflective teacher, this paper discusses it from objects and levels of reflection. The thesis uses the documentary analysis method, collecting the document about pre-service training of reflective teacher. Chapter 1 introduces the background and significance of this thesis. Chapter 2 is the understanding of reflective teachers and significances of reflective teachers cultivating. In Chapter 3, the thesis analyzes three tutors’ reflections. In Chapter 4, the thesis proposes some strategies, that is, cultivating of consciousness, improving the rationality of educational courses and making the full use of teaching practice.
This research not only provides an opportunity for readers to know more about reflective teacher, but also offers new ideas for pre-service training of reflective teachers in the country.
