我国加入WTO之后，我国的人身保险市场快速发展，但仍是一个初级的、不成熟的市场。
诚信问题、信息不对称问题、我国涉及人身保险方面的法律法规不完善等问题，阻碍了我国人身保险利益的发展，制约了人身保险事业的前进。在解决诚信问题上应采用加强对保险人及员工的道德建设、保险公司应鼓励员工正当竞争并建立健全道德防范机制等，通过对我国人身保险发展的分析，我国现行的保险法关于人身保险利益的部分有必要进行补充完善。

Abstract
After our country join WTO, the human body insurance market of our country developed quickly, but it is still an entry-level, not mature market. The trustworthiness problem, information dissymmetry problem, our country involves a not perfect etc. problem of the law laws of the Human body insurance, obstructing the development of the our country Human body insurance benefits, check and supervision the headway of the Human body insurance business. The morals construction, insurance company that should adopt to strengthen to the insurer and the employee in resolving the trustworthiness problem should encourage a proper competition of employee and build up sound morals to guard against a mechanism etc., pass the analysis to the our country Human body insurance development, the our country current insurance method part concerning the Human body insurance benefits has a necessity to carry on complement perfect.
