保险市场与资本市场的良性互动发展,是金融体系发展的客观要求,更是我国入世后保险业实现可持续发展的必然选择。
本文主要考察了我国保险市场与资本市场互动的状况并对其进行了思考，从互动的角度分析了保险资金运用与资本市场的状况、保险通过资本市场融资状况、保险风险证券化、投资型保险产品的发展等互动的主要问题，并针对以上问题对互动中保险市场、资本市场、经济制度这三个方面进行研究，从而解决这两市场互动中存在的问题。

Abstract
Insurance market and capital market development and begin interaction, the development of the financial system is the objective requirement more after China's WTO accession is the insurance industry to achieve sustainable development of the inevitable choice. This paper mainly to study the China’s insurance market and capital market conditions and the interaction of their thinking, Starting from the perspective of an interactive analysis of the use of insurance funds and capital markets, insurance raising funds through the capital market conditions, securitization of insurance risk, investment-oriented insurance products such as interactive development of the main problems and tackling the issue of interaction between the insurance and capital markets and economic systems of these three aspects of research, thus resolve the interaction of these two markets exist.
