通过对我国发展农业保险的理论研究，从我国农业保险发展现状和问题出发，
分析了我国农业保险面临的问题是由于农业保险主体的行为和农业保险体系不健全等原因造成的，并在对农业保险发展博弈分析的基础上，提出构建我国农业保险经营模式的措施和建议。这需要政府的补贴，农民和保险公司的互动，各个主体一起努力共同构建我国的农业保险体系。

Abstract
By the theoretical research on developing agricultural insurance in china, according to the development and problems of our agricultural insurance, the paper analyses the key problem on our agricultural insurance ,which is due to the behavior of the doers of agricultural insurance and agricultural insurance system. On the basis of game analysis on developing agricultural insurance in China, it provides measures and suggestion for building the mode of operationing agricultural insurance. It needs government subsidies, and the interation of farms and insurance companies. With the efforts of all, the system of our agricultural insurance will come ture.
