大学生团队学习能力培养方法探究

【内容摘要】

把彼得圣吉学习型组织理论,应用到大学生学习当中,以期通过团队学习,改善大学生的学习方法,提高大学生学习效果。以团队学习和大学生团队学习能力为切入点,对其含义进行了阐述;通过对团队学习的特征和大学生团队学习能力培养的必要性的分析,提出了团队学习的方法,即:深度汇谈、头脑风暴法、名义群体法、电子会议法以及这些方法在大学生团队学习能力培养中的具体使用。大学生通过开展团队学习,培养其团队交流能力、反思和总结能力、自我意识和自我超越能力。

Abstract: Applying the learning organization theory of Peter Senge to the study of university students, so as to improve students’ learning method and learning efficiency through team learning. This text takes team learning and the ability of team learning of university students as the cut-in point and expounds their meanings. It points out the method of team learning through the analysis of the characteristics of team learning and the necessity of cultivation of university students’ team learning ability, such as Dialogue, Brainstorming, Nominal Group Technique and Electronic Meeting and their specific use in the cultivation of the university students’ team learning ability. Through team learning, the university students’ ability of team exchanging, reviewing and summary, self-consciousness and self-transcendence will be cultivated.
