The Analysis of the Governmental Responsibility of

ABSTRACT
This article in view of the current the aging of the population background countryside reality needs, try to analyses the situation of the rural old-age insurance system facing. Also analyses the rural endowment insurance of governmental responsibility in theoretical basis, since then concluded that government should be responsible for it. Trying to make the new rural old-age insurance system development more perfect in the governmental responsibility. Let the rural elder live a happy life in their old age, thus establishing a harmonious and developing socialist society.
