商用办公楼建筑结构及施工规范

【内容摘要】

本工程为商用办公楼。根据毕业设计任务书的要求,分建筑与结构两部分进行设计。

建筑部分,通过查阅《建筑资料图集》、《建筑学报》等相关资料,将办公楼设计为主体5层,总建筑面积为5882m2。各层均按办公楼的功能进行科学合理地划分,设有办公室,大小会议室、展厅、会客厅以及停车库等,完全满足了现代办公的需要。
结构部分,根据已形成的建筑图及其相关要求,查阅《建筑结构荷载规范GB50009-2001》、《建筑抗震设计规范GB50011-2001》等相关规范和一定量的实际工程施工图,对办公楼进行框架结构方案布置,荷载计算,利用PKPM软件形成计算模形,然后按施工图的标准,用AUTOCAD 2004分别绘制梁、板、柱、楼梯的配筋图。根据地质条件及计算结果,选择桩基础做为办公楼的基础支撑,同时设计相应的桩承台。最后,整理计算书并出图。

Abstract


This building is for the business office. According to the requests from the graduated design, I divide it into two parts: architecture and structure.
In the part of architecture, I consulted a lot of reference books at the beginning of design, such as 《Architectural Data Drawing》、《ARCHITECTURAL JOURNAL》.And then, I integrate this information and make sure the final design. The building is designed into 5 floors. Its total construction area is5882m2. Each floor is divided in reason according to the functions of the building. There will be offices、saloons and the rooms for meeting、exhibiting rooms、anterooms and so on. All of these meet the needs of the modern works.
In the part of structure, according the requests of the finished picture and some relative needs, I learned the criterions from《Load Code For The Design Of Building Structures GB50009-2001》、《Code For Seismic design  of buildings GB50011-2001》and perused some shop drawings. I design the building by using the blue print of frame structure, form the calculational model by using the software of PKPM,then I protracted the beams, boards ,columns and stairs apart by using  AUTOCAD 2004.  Account the ending according the condition of the geology, choose the pile foundation for the basic support for this building and design the correlative platform of pile at the same time.  Finally, I cleared up the calculational work and print the picture.
