阳光体育运动的提出和开展，是我国教育界和学校体育领域的一个新鲜事物。本课题通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析、比较分析、实地考察、访谈等调查研究方法进行分析，发放、回收、统计“滨州市阳光体育开展现状”的小学、中学调查问卷，对滨州市中小学阳光体育开展现状进行调查统计，从小学生和中学生两个不同阶段分析滨州市阳光体育开展中存在的一系列问题，并将调查结果进行汇总，明确滨州市中小学阳光体育开展现状，存在问题，并制定全面合理的措施；为中小学阳光体育的开展提供公共参考，对滨州市阳光体育积极开展提供依据。
