究，文章中采用调查法和文献法对滨州学院体育系学生实践能力以及对北京体育大学、上海体育学院等高校学生实践能力的培养途径等高校做一深入调查研究，其中包括大对学生日常教学、暑期实践活动和实习期间的实践能力的培养途径的调查研究，在对已存培养途径和方法的研究基础上整合创新出新的培养途径和方法。最终将新的方法途径应用于全体滨州学院体育系学生的实践能力的培养中去，努力培养出创新能力与社会适应能力强、综合素质高、理论知识扎实、组织教学能力强的复合型人才。

The Research of the Way to develop the Ability of Practical of Binzhou University, Department of Physical Education students
Abstract
This thesis is about a research of the way to develop the ability of practical of Binzhou University Department of Physical Education students. In the article the method of survey and literature are adopted to do research of the way to develop the ability of practical of Binzhou University Department of Physical Education students and Beijing Sport University students and other college students. The survey includes the daily teaching, practice and practical during summer practice. This paper is aimed at bringing about a new methodology on the basis of the research of the old methodology . The new approaches will eventually be applied to practical Binzhou University, Department of Physical Education students’ ability of students, to cultivate innovation and social adaptability, high overall quality, solid theoretical knowledge, teaching ability and strong organizational compound talents.
