【内容摘要】

电机测试在电机生产中具有非常重要的作用,而高转速电主轴的测试在国内外还很少见。近年来,随着计算机技术、电子技术和电机控制技术的不断发展,推动了电机测试技术的发展,为电机测试采用新的测试方法和技术提供了可能性。本文针对秦川机床厂,根据其电主轴各项性能测试的需要,结合当前测试技术的现状和发展趋势,通过参与选取相应的硬件设备,在LabⅧw软件平台上完成软件设计及制作,实现了电主轴测试系统的测试。该测试系统完成了带载条件下对电主轴各项性能的测试。采用了特制空气静压轴承,气浮加载模拟电主轴工作时的情况,并对各种参数数据进行采集。在系统硬件设计过程中,选用了NI公司的数据采集卡,在软件设计过程中,充分利用了Labview软件开发平台在信号采集、数据处理、曲线拟合、图形化显示等方面的优势,实现了电主轴重要参数的测量和记录、数据的计算、曲线的显示、数据的存储等功能。本测试系统试验内容主要有电主轴径向刚度、回转精度、轴心轨迹、内部温升、冷却系统的水流量、电流、电压等参数。主要工作如下:1、 设计测试台,搭建电主轴测试平台完成非接触气浮加载的装置设计。2、 构建硬件平台,实现数据的采集和测量;包括传感器、工控机和测试仪的选型。3、 设计相应的Labview软件。通过这个项目填补了国内高转速电主轴测试的空白,为国内外研究高转速电主轴的性能参数以及对电主轴的设计提供了实验平台,为电主轴的发展提供硬件支持。

Electric spindle testing based on Labview software
Abstract
      Motor testing is quite important in mordon moter field , when electricspindle testing is less all over the world. These years ,the technology of motor testing is improving very fast as the development of the computor technology and electric technology or motor control technology .This promote the the development of testing technology, and provides the possibility of using the new test for motor testing methods and technology.
      This paper is based on Qinchuan Machine Tool Plant, according to each performance of the spindle, combining the need to test the situation and developing trend of the hardware selection by participating in the Lab equipment and software platforms Labview software design and production, realizing the electric spindle testing system of testing.
This testing system with load conditions was completed in electric spindle about each performance testing. This systen use a special air flotation and aero-static bearing simulating the electric spindle work situation when it is loaded, and getting various parameters data acquisition. In the designing process of the system hardware, we use the data acquisition card,and in software design process, we make full use the advantage of the Labview software development platform in signal acquisition, data processing, the curve fitting, graphical display etc.At last we finish the important parameter measurement and calculation of the data, records, the curve of the display, data storage, etc.
The main content of this testing systen includes electric spindle's radial gyration accuracy, stiffness, the internal temperature of axis , the water flow rate of cooling system, the current, voltage, etc. Main job is as follows:
1, design and build electric spindle testing systen to finish non-contact air-float loading device design.
2, build the hardware platform, data acquisition and measurement, Including the selection of sensors, work-managing machine and tester.
3 design the corresponding Labview software.
This program fills the blank of high speed electric spindle testing and provides experimental platform for research on high speed electric spindle performance parameters and the design of electric spindle.
