城市化水平是衡量城市化发展程度的一个重要指标。城市化是一个复杂系统的概念，众说纷坛，达几十种之多。本文以山东省17个地级市为例，构建了融经济、人口、生活方式和环境于一体的区域城市化水平评价指标体系。并应用因子分析法，探究城市化水平区域性差异。研究发现，山东省城市化进程已进入加速阶段,但城市化水平区域性差异明显,东部地区以接近城市化为主,西部地区以待城市化为主。全省城市化水平呈东高西低、阶梯状分布。为此，政府应加强对城镇体系的宏观调控，协调区域内城市化水平的协调发展，以推进山东省城市化水平的整体进程。

The Research of Regional Differences about The Level of Urbanization in Shandong Province
Abstract
Urbanization development level of urbanization is an important index. The urbanization is a complex system, people have the concept of dozens of the altar. Article 17 cities in shandong province as an example, a blend of population, economy, life style and environment in an area of urbanization evaluation index system. And using the method of factor analysis, explore the regional differences of urbanization. Research found that shandong province urbanization has entered the acceleration of urbanization, but the regional differences in eastern and western, close to urbanization region.the region urbanization. The urbanization level is low, the higher the stairs. Therefore, the government should strengthen macro-control system for urban areas within the urbanization level, coordination, in order to promote the coordinated development of the whole process of the urbanization level.
