本次设计为温州鞋都开发区多层工业厂房建筑、结构设计。该建筑主体为4层，局部2层以及5层。设计过程包括建筑设计和结构设计两个部分。建筑设计包括三部分：方案设计，技术设计，施工图绘制。结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。本设计采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后，选取一榀框架进行计算，算出内力，并对最不利活荷载和最不利内力进行分析，从而进行配筋计算。本方案楼梯为钢筋混凝土现浇梁式楼梯。整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求，具有一定的创造性和合理性。
