供应链管理是零售业发展的主要瓶颈之一，也是国内外学者研究的一个重要课题，服装零售供应链管理研究的重点在敏捷性。随着市场竞争的加剧，在迅速变化，日显个性化、多样化的市场环境下，产品的周期日益缩短，服装产品因其时尚性和时效性更显如此。如何快速反应，及时生产出顾客需要的产品并迅速抢占市场去赢得竞争，对我国服装出口企业来说是一个函待解决的问题。本文以优衣库为例，综合应用敏捷供应链管理和快速反应(QR)模式的相关理论，在该公司原有的供应链管理基础上，以提高敏捷性为出发点，分析其在信息流，资金流，物流和生产管理方面存在的问题，然后根据该公司的实际情况重点从以上四个方面构建其敏捷供应链管理的快速反应(QR)系统。最后从供应链管理的整体绩效最优出发，并结合优衣库公司的供应链流程特点，给我国快捷供应链所带来的启发。

ABSTRACT
Supply chain management is the main bottleneck in retailing is one of the domestic and overseas scholars studies, one of the important topic, the clothing retail supply chain management research focused on agility. With the market competition intensifies, in rapid change, more personalized, diversified market environment, product cycle increasingly shorter, clothing product because its fashion and timeliness more show so. How fast reaction, timely produce customer need products and rapidly seizes the market of our country to win the competition, it is a garment export enterprise letter to solve the problem. Based on optimal garment library as an example, the comprehensive application of agile supply chain management and rapid response (QR) mode in the company related theory, based on the existing supply chain management, in order to improve agility as the starting point, in the information flow, cash flow analysis, logistics and the production and management problems, then according to the actual situation of the company mainly from four aspects above the agile supply chain management constructed their rapid reaction (QR) system. Finally the overall performance from the supply chain management, combining the optimal departure of optimal garment library company in China, to supply chain process characteristics of quick supply chain brings inspiration.
