网络招聘的现状、问题及解决方案

【内容摘要】

随着信息技术的迅速发展,网络已经成为人们社会生活中的重要组成部分。尤其是IT 产业的飞速发展给我们的经济、管理生活带来了前所未有的变化。信息时代,互联网得到迅速发展,网上招聘作为网络技术在人力资源管理中应用最快的领域,与传统招聘渠道相比有明显的优势。随着我国就业压力的增大,企业如何在人力资源招聘中节省成本,招聘到企业实际需要的人员是一直困扰我国企业人力资源管理的难题,大力发展网络招聘对于扩大就业,促进企业发展意义重大。在此背景下,网络招聘以其效率高、成本低、覆盖面广等优势显示出了巨大的发展潜力。网络招聘这样一个新生事物,在发挥其巨大的潜力的同时,随之而来的问题比比皆是。其原因之一在于网络招聘自身存在的不足,急需相应的改善,例如信息真实度低,应用范围狭窄与基础环境薄弱,技术和服务体系不完善,信息处理的难度大和网络招聘的成功率较低,以及相应的监管措施需要相应的完善。本论文通过查找相关产业集群的书籍,根据已掌握的文献,利用校园网查询各类期刊、学术报告、学术会议论文、学位论文、科技档案以及相关软件等,查找出论文研究重点需要的理论基础等。对国内外网络招聘现状及存在的问题进行定性分析;对网络招聘的问题的相应的解决办法进行定性分析。应用所学的知识对企业人力资源招聘决策进行相应的研究;应用模型综合评判法对网络招聘带来的变化的内容进行研究。经研究分析得出以下结论:网络招聘行业,符合整个社会的发展方向,具有很大的成长空间;网络招聘模式面临突破,如何在变化了的新环境下合理运用理论为指导,进行应用和商业模式的创新来最大程度满足用户的体验和需求是关键。
