pH值对玻璃鳞片负载TiO2光催化材料的制备及性能影响研究

【内容摘要】

采用液相沉积法,条件是TiCl4溶液在75℃和pH=1.8~3.5条件下水解生成水合TiO2纳米颗粒,对玻璃鳞片表面进行包覆。经过水洗、抽滤、烘干,在8℃/min的升温速率下分别加热到450℃、550℃和650℃并保温1 h,得到玻璃鳞片负载TiO2光催化材料。并采用X射线粉末衍射仪对催化剂进行表征。研究催化剂对甲基橙溶液紫外光催化降解,并探讨了pH值、煅烧温度对光催化降解率的影响。实验结果表明,pH值为3.0,550℃下煅烧的玻璃鳞片负载TiO2催化剂晶相组成以锐钛矿为主,具有良好的光催化活性。

Through the liquid deposition method, TiO2 particles were prepared and deposited on the surface of glass flake by the hydrolyzation of TiCl4 solution at 75℃ with pH 1.8~3.5. TiO2 photocatalyst supported on glass flake was prepared by washing, drying and calcining. These samples were heat. treated at a heating rate 8℃/min and kept for 1h at calcination temperature 450℃, 550℃ and 650℃ respectively. The photocatalyst was characterized by the XRD. The photocatalytic degradation of TiO2 photocatalyst on the methyl orange(MO) was studied. The affection of the pH and calcination temperature to the rate of photocatalysis were discussed in the paper. The results indicate that the pH 3.0 and 550℃ calcined catalyst  exist mainly as anatase phase which displayed a good photocatalytic activity .
