云母负载TiO2膜光催化材料的制备、表征及光催化性能研究

【内容摘要】

用液相沉积法,使TiCl4溶液在75℃和pH=2.5条件下水解生成水合TiO2纳米颗粒,并在云母粉表面形成包覆膜,经过水洗、抽滤、烘干,以8℃/min的升温速率分别加热到450℃、550℃和650℃并保温1 h,得到云母负载TiO2光催化材料。采用了XRD对催化剂进行表征。研究了催化剂对甲基橙溶液紫外光催化降解,探讨了催化剂TiO2的包覆量、煅烧温度对光催化降解率的影响。结果表明,包覆量120ml,450℃下煅烧的云母粉负载TiO2催化剂晶相组成以锐钛矿为主,具有良好的光催化活性。

Abstract:Through the liquid deposition method, TiO2 particles were prepared and deposited on the surface of mica by the hydrolyzation of TiCl4 solution at 75℃with pH 2.5. TiO2 photocatalyst supported on mica was prepared by washing, drying and calcining. These samples were heat treated at a heating rate 8℃/min and kept for 1h at calcinations temperature 450℃, 550℃ and 650℃ respectively. The photocatalyst was characterized by the XRD. The photocatalytic degradation of TiO2 photocatalyst on the methyl orange(MO) was studied. The affection of the catalyst coating amount and calcination temperature to the rate of photocatalysis were discussed in the paper. The results indicate that the photocatalyst coated 120ml and calcined 450℃ exist mainly as anatase phase which displayed a good photocatalytic activity .
