利用溶剂热法,通过控制温度和时间,在不同的温度和时间下合成均相纳米Bi2Se3粉体材料,并利用多晶粉末衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),能谱等方法对合成的粉体进行表征。结果表明,在160℃16h,180℃16h,180℃22h,200℃16h条件下,可以合成纯相Bi2Se3,在 160℃16h条件下,合成的纯相Bi2Se3的粒度达到100nm。

Abstract:The use of hydrothermal method, by controlling the temperature and time, resulting in different temperature and time in synthesis of homogeneous nano-Bi2Se3 powder .The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersion X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Bi2Se3 were prepared by solvothermal synthesis at 160℃ for 16 h、180℃ for 16 h、180℃ for 22 h 、200℃ for 16 h. under the conditions of160 ℃ for 16h, the size of pure phase Bi2Se3 is 100nm
