【内容摘要】

xx省绿色建筑评价标准的研究摘要随着人们对全球生态环境的普遍关注和可持续发展思想的广泛深入,现代建筑已经从基础的建筑节能朝更深的层次发展,而绿色建筑概念的提出成为继建筑节能之后人类对可持续发展的更高理解和要求。随着世界经济的高速发展,要改变建筑业高能耗、高物耗、高污染的状况,实现建筑业的可持续发展,必须大力发展绿色建筑,其中开展绿色建筑评定工作是发展绿色建筑重要环节。本文通过研究比较了目前国内外绿色建筑评价体系,分析了我国绿色建筑评价标准存在问题,并通过借鉴国内外绿色建筑评价体系,参考我国《绿色建筑评价标准》,结合xx省发展的实际情况,提出制定一部xx省地方性的绿色建筑评价比标准。文章运用层次分析法确定绿色建筑评价中各指标的权重,构建了基于层次分析法的模糊评价模型对该评价标准进行综合测评,以便更科学,更准确的对绿色建筑进行评价,最终为绿色建筑市场的健康发展提供规范和制约。

A study on evaluation standard of green building
of Guizhou province
ABSTRACT
    Modern architecture has been evolving from the basic Building energy efficiency toward a deeper level development,with people's general concern about the global ecological environment and extensive acceptance of sustainable development concept, .Therefore, the introduction of the concept of green buildings becomes greater understanding and requirements on the building energy efficiency in sustainable development of mankind. The rapid development of world economy demands the construction industry to change the current conditions of high energy consumption, high material consumption, high pollution into green building for achieving sustainable development, where green building assessment is an important part of green building the development.
    The comparison of the existing domestic and international green building rating system and analysis of China's problems in green building rating standard are carried out in this paper. Combined with the actual situation of the development of Guizhou Province, domestic and international green building rating system as well as China's "green building rating standards" are used for reference to propose a provincial green building rating system.
    A method of AHP is applied to determine the weight of each index in the green building assessment. A fuzzy assessment model based on AHP is constructed to make a comprehensive evaluation so that we can provide criteria and constraints for a more healthy development of green building market.
