民营企业员工培训现状及问题分析摘要在知识经济时代,人力资源是企业赢得竞争优势的关键要素。员工培训作为企业人力资源管理的一项重要内容,对员工知识技能的更新、员工素质的提升、企业综合竞争力的提高、企业凝聚力的增强等方面有着重要作用。我国很多民营企业经营者已逐步认识到员工培训的重要性,但很多企业在员工培训过程中还存在不少问题。在对培训的认识方面,许多民营企业认识不足,尚未从战略的高度来认识培训。在实际操作方面,许多民营企业在培训之前,缺少必要的培训需求分析,培训工作缺乏计划性。在培训过程中,使用的方法和技术过于单一。培训后,许多民营企业缺乏有效的培训后管理。这些问题,不同程度的影响了员工参加培训的积极性,使培训与实际生产服务相脱节,最终使培训流于形式,失去了应有的作用。本文从员工培训的内涵入手,对民营企业员工培训现状及主要问题进行了分析,并对贵阳锦江物业管理有限公司的员工培训现状及问题进行了实证研究,最后针对民营企业员工培训中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。希望本文的研究成果,能对民营企业的员工培训具有参考价值。

The research of current situation and existing problems about the staff training in private enterprises

Abstract
In the knowledge-economy era, the company those obtained the human resource—a strategic requirement for enterprise development—owned the competitive advantages. The employee training, as an important element of enterprise human resources management, are playing more and more significant role in renew the knowledge &skill, improve the educational level, enhance competitive ability and team cohesion. There exist many problems in the real world although lots of the private enterprises have recognized the importance of the employee training. Some private enterprises are so lack of knowledge about the staff training that they do not understand the strategic view of the importance. They are short of accurate analysis before offer the training, very simple methods in the training progress and effective management after the training in practice. All these drawbacks lead to the employee's poorly enthusiasm. Most importantly, the staff's educations have divorced from the services, that is, they are not works but merely formality.
In this dissertation, I have studied on the Guiyang Jingjiang Property Management Co., Ltd. and have analyzed the current situation and the major problems from the connotation of staff training. I have put forward some measures about how to solve the problem of private enterprise training at the end of the dissertation. Hope this paper will have useful reference on employee education.
