多层商场设计

【内容摘要】

本设计是多层商场设计,包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下,根据设计任务书的要求,综合考虑各项环境指标、使用功能、选型、建筑艺术及经济等。着重解决建筑物的经济、适用和美观,最终确定设计方案,画出建筑施工图。结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案,选择合理的结构体系,进行结构布置,并初步估算确定结构构件尺寸,进行结构计算。结构计算包括荷载计算与传导,荷载组合及内力分析,一榀框架计算,基础设计和楼梯计算,并绘制相关的结构施工图。本工程为商场设计,因地处市区,在总体规划设计时,考虑到场地要求、绿化设施、其它功能要求,以及周围建筑物的协调,设计时采用矩形,造型简单、美观大方。总之,安全、经济、适用、美观和使用方便是本设计的原则,各部分空间合理,连接紧凑,主次分明,简约而不简单,使建筑空间的舒适度加以提高。

Abstract
Architectural design in the overall plan is the premise, according to the requirements of the design task, considering the various environmental indicators, the use of functions, selection, construction, arts and economy. This works for the teaching building design, Guiyang is located in the urban areas because of the overall planning and design, taking into account the requirements of venues, green facilities, other functional requirements, as well as the coordination of the surrounding buildings, the design of a rectangular, the shape simple, nice.
In short, security, economic, application, this is beautiful and easy to use design principles, some reasonable space connecting the compact, primary and secondary clear, simple but not simple, so that the construction of the space to improve comfort.
