年产30000吨乳制品工厂设计
摘 要
本设计是年产30000吨原料乳的乳品厂，生产的产品主要有：巴式奶，超高温灭菌奶和酸奶。其中，主产品为搅拌型果料酸奶。它是一种新型产品，对人体具有较好的保健作用，适宜各种群体的饮用。
本设计中主要确定了以上几种产品的配方、工艺流程、生产设备、生产车间工艺布置等方面的内容。此外，还对厂区的辅助部门、公用系统、公共设施等进行了设计。经过技术经济分析，其总投资回收期符合长远规划和经济发展要求。

Abstract
This design is a about a milk factory what produce 30,000 tons milk in the raw material of tons dairy factory. Production of major products are: Pakistan Pasteurized milk, ultra-high-temperature sterilization milk and yogurt. Among them, main product is the yogurt, it is a new type product, the good health care action to the human body,feat and every kind of colony drink.
This design included primarily the formulation, above several major products of the formulation, technical process, manufacture equipments, manufacture shop craft of species products arrange the contents of the iso-. In addition, repaid to proceed the design with system, communal facilities and so on. Passing by the economic technique analyzes, its total investment recovery period is meeting the long-term planning and economic development.
