施工图预算是指在施工图设计完成以后，根据施工图设计图纸、现行预算定额、费用定额等相关文件编制出的建筑安装工程的造价文件。本文首先介绍了施工图预算的相关概念、作用、以及其研究施工图预算的意义；之后介绍了施工图预算编制的方法、编制依据以及编制程序；其次，在本文中作者以一栋别墅为例，按照施工图预算编制的方法、编制依据以及编制程序对其进行施工图预算的编制，以此更加清晰的向读者介绍施工图预算的编制过程。最后根据施工图预算的编制，得出本项目的最终总造价。在编制施工图预算中，工程量的计算起着关键性的作用，工程量计算的准确性直接影响工程造价的准确性，因此在编制施工图预算的过程中根据相应的计算规则，运用统筹法按照一定的顺序，做到不重不漏。

Abstract
Construction drawing budget is cost documents of construction and installation projects compiled based on design of constrution drawings,current quata of budget,and current cost budget and so on after the completion of the construction drawing design.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,function of budge detail of construction and significance of the study about it,after which it also introduces the preparation methods,basis and process of budge detail of construction.Then,according to the preparation methods,basis and process of budge detail of construction,the writer will work out the budge detail of construction based on a villa so that it is much easier to introduce the readers to the budge detail of construction.Lastly,based on the construction budget preparation,it will draw a conclusion of the final total cost of the project.The calculation of the quantities plays a key role in preparing for the budge detail of construction because it directly effects the accuracy of construction cost.Therefore,in the process of preparing for the budge detail of construction, based on the corresponding calculation,it can manage to be no redundant and no omission by taking overall planning with certain order.
