试论新农村建设中的新型农民问题摘要农业、农村、农民问题已经成为关系到我们党和国家全局的根本性问题，“三农”问题是全党工作的重中之重，党的十六届五中全会提出建设社会主义新农村重大历史任务。农业丰则基础强，农民富则国家盛，农村稳则国家安。而建设社会主义新农村的重点却在“农民”， 新农村建设离不开新型农民，但由于我国现阶段农民素质现状存在诸多问题，如科技文化素质水平低、经营管理素质有待提高、思想道德素质水平偏低、民主法制素质不高等，传统农民难以承担建设新农村的重任，所以只有培育具有现代意识的新型农民才是新农村建设的依靠力量，从而更好的建设社会主义新农村。

Abstract
The problems of agriculture，countryside and peasants have become the essential problems which influence the whole situation of the nation and its people，and the root of the problems is the problem of peasants in China．“Three rural issues” is the most important thing, the fifth plenary session of the construction of socialist new countryside forward a major historic task. Agriculture, farmers are basic richly, while rich countries rural stability criterion national security. While the construction socialism new countryside focus is on “the farmer”. New rural construction is inseparable from the new farmers. But the quality of our farmers there are many problems at this stage, such as the low level of scientific and cultural quality, management quality to be improved, the low level of ideological and moral qualities, qualities of a democratic legal system. Difficult for traditional farmers undertake the important task of building new countryside. Therefore, only nurture new farmer with modern consciousness is the power to rely on the construction of new countryside, in order to better building a new socialist countryside.
