浅析我国国有企业的人性化管理

人性化管理是由现代行为科学演变出来的一种新的管理概念，是在充分认识人性的各个方面的基础上，按照人性的原则去管理，利用和发扬人性中有利的东西为管理和发展服务；同时对于人性中不利的一面进行抑制, 弱化其反面作用。
企业的发展离不开管理，管理的核心是人。人性化管理是科学，人性化管理是生产力，它可以出质量、出效益、出价值。我国国有企业人性化管理存在的问题是将人性化管理与人情化管理等同、认为人性化管理与制度化管理相对立、 使企业向新型大锅饭方向滑落、 激励手段过于单一和僵化、人性化管理集中表现为人治化管理。对策是澄清国有企业基本角色定位和改善国企管理人员聘任考核机制、正确认识和评价员工的“人性”、建立和实施合理的规章制度、重视员工的情感管理、鼓励员工进行参与和自主管理、营造以人为本的人文环境、帮助员工规划职业生涯。

ABSTRACT

       The development of enterprises can not be separated from management, people management is the core. Management is the science of human nature, human nature of management is productivity, the quality of it, the effectiveness of the value. China's state-owned enterprises management of human problems is to human management and human management of the same, that the human nature of management and the institutionalization of management as opposed to big business to the new direction of slip, single and incentives is too rigid and centralized management of human performance management for the rule of man. Response is to clarify the fundamental role of state-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises to improve the evaluation mechanism for the appointment of managers, staff and evaluation of a correct understanding of the "human", the establishment and implementation of reasonable rules and regulations of the emotional management of staff, encouraging staff participation and self-management, and create a people-oriented human environment, career planning to help employees.
