我国女大学生就业难问题探析


摘  要

随着生产力的发展和我国劳动力市场的不断变革,女性独特优势使其在人力资源中扮演着重要角色。然而这并没有使女性的就业状况得到根本性改善,由于经济因素、制度因素、用人单位及其本身等因素的制约,女性整体就业难的问题依然存在。女大学生作为女性中的一部分,拥有较高的知识水平,能够从事知识含量高的工作,但与男大学生相比,女大学生仍然存在着就业难的问题。当前我国的劳动力市场已经处于全面建设和不断完善的阶段,在这个阶段,反映在劳动力市场上最为突出的问题之一是女大学生的就业问题。女大学生是人力资源的重要组成部分,对我国经济的增长有着积极的、显著的影响,就业是民生之本,女大学生就业是我国就业问题中带有战略性的问题。大学毕业生就业过程中性别不平等的现象开始普遍存在,劳动力市场没有向女大学毕业生提供与男大学毕业生同等的就业机会,大学毕业生就业中的性别歧视成为非常值得关注的问题。本文从人力资源角度探讨女大学生就业难的社会现象,认真分析目前女大学生就业难的原因,并提出缓解女大学生就业难局面的建设性对策。

ABSTRACT

With the development of productive forces and continuous change of the labor market in our country, women make its unique advantage in playing an important role in human resource. However, this does not make the employment status of women improve fundamentally, due to economic factors, institutional factors, the employing units and their own constraints and other factors, the difficulty of women’s overall employment remain exists. Female university students as a part of women, who acquired a higher level of knowledge, can be able to engage in the jobs which are rich in knowledge, but compared with male college students, there are still difficult employment issues. At present, China's labor market is already in full construction and it is constantly improved. In this stage, one of the most obvious problems which is reflected in the labor market, is the employment of female university students. Female college students in human resources are an important part; it has a positive and significant impact on China's economic growth. Employment is the people's livelihood; the employment of female university students is the strategic problem in our country's employment issue. The unfairness during gender is prevailing in college graduates. In the labor market, it does not provide equal employment opportunities to the female and male graduates; the sex discrimination issue has become a problem with great concern in employment. In this article, it explores this social phenomena-- the difficult employment of female university students from the perspective of human resources, analyze the reasons for the difficult employment of female students, and pose constructive responses to release the difficult employment situation of female college students.
