某成品油储备库土建部分工程量清单编制

摘    要

工程量清单是招标文件中最主要的部分，又是签订合同的依据，同时也是合同的重要组成部分。在施工过程中和竣工时工程量清单又是造价控制和结算的依据。因此编制工程量清单是工程行业中的重中之重。
本文主要内容为工程量清单的编制，笔者通过此文介绍了工程量清单编制的相关知识和方法。此文开始简单地介绍了工程量清单的相关概念、作用以及发展历程，紧接介绍工程量清单的编制方法、编制依据、具体的编制步骤。最后笔者以国家成品油储备库改扩建工程——武警营房工程为例，对工程量清单的编制进行了详细的介绍。

Abstract
Bill Of Quantity ( BOQ ) is the top priority of the importances in our engineering project programme studying. Because BOQ is one of the important parts in bidding documents and contract, meanwhile is the evidence to sign a contract.
The main content of this article is using some related knowledge and methods to describe the compilation of BOQ. And firstly, this article briefly describes the related concepts, function and development process of BOQ, and following is to illustrate the compilation of the methods, the basis and the specific steps of BOQ. Finally, the compilation of BOQ were described in details by the author through using the project of "national storehouse of refined oil product renovation and expansion project - CAPF barracks project" as an example.
