我国企业实施平衡计分卡对策研究.

 


随着知识经济时代的到来,科学的绩效评价体系和绩效管理过程日益成为连接企业战略和人力资源这一战略性资源的纽带,建立一套科学的企业绩效评价体系,能够及时、准确地评价企业战略目标的执行情况,对于企业的成功至关重要。因此,平衡计分卡作为一种有效绩效衡量工具和战略管理工具,具备深远的现实意义。
本文研究结构:一是充分研究平衡计分卡的基本方法和原理,对绩效管理的方法和原则提供了理论上的支持和指导。二是从四个方面分析了我国企业在应用平衡计分卡时存在的主要问题。三是通过对平衡计分卡方法的研究,在实践中不断总结和思考,用一个成功实施平衡计分卡的企业为例子以点及面提出了对策,以期解决企业实际运用过程中存在的问题。

Abstract
With the coming of information eonomytimes,seientifiemanagement Performane evaluative system and the Process hasbecome a link connecting enterprise strategy and human resources. It is very important to build a scientific assessment system on  corporationPerformance to evaluate corporation’s strategic object timely and accurately. Therefore,The balanced scorecard has profound realistic significance as an effective instrument of  performance assess and strategic management.
The structure of this papei: First, fully study the basic methods and principles of the Balanced Scorecard, provide theoretical support and guidance for the principles and the methods of performance managemant.
Second, analysis the main problems of China’s enterprises in the application of the Balanced Scorecard from four aspects.Third, through the Balanced Scorecard method,constantly summing up an thinking in practice,with a successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard as an example of the enterprise from point to surface put forward countermeasures, make with a view to resolving the problems of practical
application in bussiness process.
