【摘要】 竞争战略是企业面对激烈变化、严峻挑战的新环境,根据组织外部环境和内部条件设定企业的战略目标,为保证目标的正确落实和实现进行的总体谋划。本文在对竞争战略管理理论进行分析的基础上,以七匹狼实业有限公司为研究对象,采用宏观与微观、定性与定量相结合的分析方法对公司的竞争战略进行研究,力求为公司的经营决策提供科学依据。
本文的研究对七匹狼实业有限公司和国内其它服装生产企业的经营、竞争具有一定的参考价值,对一般企业竞争战略的制定也具有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】Product strategy is the decisive and overall plan for the long-term survival and continuous development of a company under the ever-changing and competitive environment. On the basis of the strategy management theory and competition strategy theory, the paper researches the competition strategy of Septwolves Co. Ltd, by using the method of the quantitative and qualitative analysis, for the purpose of providing a scientific basis for the company’s decision-making.
The paper’s research may serve as a reference to other garment manufacturing enterprises. It can also be as a useful consulting case for ordinary enterprises’ decision—making in regard to the choice of competition strategy.
