浅议酒店客房部员工高流失率----以昆山裕元花园酒店为例


摘  要

   酒店客房部提供的住宿服务是酒店服务最重要的组成部分,其质量高低直接客房出租率,进而影响酒店经营。酒店客房的整理和对客服务主要由客房服务员完成,而客房的整洁程度、对客服务的质量主要取决于客房服务员的技术和心情。由于客房整理、对客服务程序繁琐,工作量大,客房部是酒店所有部门当中员工最辛苦、人员流失最严重的部门。本文以裕元花园酒店为例,对其客房部员工高流失率问题的现状及其形成的原因进行了探讨,并提出解决的初步方案。

Abstract
                                         
    The hotel rooms of residential services provided by the Department of hotel services is the most important component of its quality level of direct hotel occupancy rates, thereby affecting the hotel business. And the collation of the hotel rooms on the main passenger service from the room attendants completed and the room cleanliness, the quality of customer service depends largely on the technical and room attendants mood. Since finishing room, the customer service procedures cumbersome, heavy workload, the Department of the hotel rooms in all sectors of the most difficult employees, the most serious loss of personnel departments. In this paper, Windsor Gardens Hotel as an example, its rooms of the high staff turnover rate of the present situation and the causes were discussed, and to propose solutions to the initial programme.
