鞋类企业员工培训存在的问题及改进方案-以DY鞋业有限公为例


摘 要

随着制鞋行业的竞争日趋激烈,如何提升企业的竞争优势迫在眉睫,人力资源自然对企业竞争力起着重要的作用。员工队伍的素质直接决定了一个企业的整体素质,而员工素质是可以通过培训、开发得已提升和发展的。
本文依据有关员工培训理论,分析我国制鞋行业员工培训中存在的问题,并提出一套适合鞋类企业的员工培训方案。全文共包括三个部分:第一部分,对员工培训相关理论的简单阐述,包括概念、实施的相关原则及其对企业的重要作用;第二部分,较为详细的陈述了目前我国鞋类企业整体培训现状,DY鞋业公司员工培训存在的问题;第三部分,针对DY鞋业公司所呈现的问题,提出相应的改进措施:(1)按需施教,(2)提高员工对培训的认识,(3)投入与产出相结合,(4)及时反馈培训效果,(5)培训方法尽量多样化。

Abstract

As competition for the footwear industry becomes intensified day by day. How to improve competitiveness of the enterprise is extremely urgent. Naturally, human resource plays an important role on enterprise competitiveness. The organization’s overall level depends on the quality of the staff which will be promoted and developed by training.
This article analyzes the problems on staff training of footwear industry and makes a suitable training program, which is based on the relevant training theory. The text includes three parts. The first part, the simple exposition of relevant training theories, such as concept, principles and the effect on company. The second elaborate the training situation of footwear enterprises in our country and the training problems of DY Company. To DY Company’s problems, the third offer five suggestions including training according to the staff’s ability, combining input with output, personal development combined with enterprise development, feedbacking training results regularly and diversified training ways.
